“Divina Luxury's split”
Divina Luxury Hotel divides reviewers — fans call it great with a very clean room, friendly staff who offered the best room in the house, and a very central spot; they definitely recommend. Caveats though: severe dissents describe the dirtiest smelliest bathroom encountered in Italy and the worst desk attitude of the trip, and a family warns they were charged the displayed city tax on their booking voucher including their under-ten child — later hotels did not charge the child at all, so they suggest checking exemption rules rather than paying automatically.
