“Zurich apartment suites, surprise charges”
EMA House Hotel Suites is an apartment-style stay about ten minutes' walk from Zurich's main station and near the river: spacious-for-the-location rooms suited to families, warm helpful service, a tram nearby, day tickets sold at reception, and a well-liked breakfast pre-ordered the night before and delivered to the room early — generous portions that suit early trains. Two billing cautions: bottled water is chargeable, and the small wines and snacks placed in the room carry no visible labels — one guest assumed they were free until checkout. Nobody helps with luggage.
