Guests loveVery clean · Work-friendly lounge · Free towels and pajamas
Keep in mindThin capsule walls · Narrow luggage aisle · Lax card check once
Best forsolo travelers · capsule first-timers
Three minutes from the metro and ten from Shinjuku, 9h's spotless capsule setup includes a shared office zone with wifi and outlets, free towels, pajamas and slippers, in-body measurement, and no-queue showers — plus pre-check-in luggage storage that helps early arrivals. Quirks: capsule soundproofing is weak (earplugs at the desk), the luggage corridor is narrow, elevator hops feel fiddly, and a temp card was once issued without identity verification.
