Best forcouples · onsen fans
A true gem of a hostel-ryokan hybrid — Asante Inn's private onsen are exceptional, dinners arrive delicious in a garden-and-fireplace setting, kimono are charming, and the garden itself is lovely. It sits uphill from the bus stop in the hills, so plan transport. One family was told their booking covered two adults and faced extra charges with little help — confirm occupancy before arrival.
