Two minutes from Midosuji Namba metro and five from the Nankai airport line, First Cabin offers clean capsules, a constantly tidied public area, an amazing bath at day's end and paid laundry — a fun first-night-in-Japan pick. The downsides are real: a five-pm check-in that strand early arrivals, thin soundproofing that made one guest's night depend on a neighbor's suitcase packing, and thin walls overall.
