Opposite an Indian temple in a convenient spot, Atelier is a Singapore hostel guests call homey: the owner recommends eats and sights with safety tips. The women's dorm stays immaculately clean, free breakfast runs eight to eleven, and late-departure guests can even shower when collecting stored bags. Notes: mixed dorms read noticeably grubbier, bathrooms are not wet-dry separated, and ice cream comes free in the lobby.
