“Playacar's allegro resort”
A short safe walk from town on well-kept grounds, Allegro Playacar - All Inclusive Resort earns love-it great-value marks for many: amazing staff who keep drinks topped even poolside, a clean comfortable room, strong air conditioning, a good-variety breakfast and a lively Latin feel. Dissents though: a three-room-change stay — failed hot water, a leaking conditioner, mould smell, not-as-advertised — plus a promised airport pickup that never happened, a smelly first room and a seniors-heavy crowd.
