Like a residence more than a hotel — sixty-to-seventy-metre apartments with living room and big balcony — Eurostars Hacienda Vista Real is a beautiful amazing-staff stay: a lovely room, a delicious excellent breakfast, animals by the pool, family-friendly space and help from check-in to housekeeping. Dissents though: a severe condition report, an unlit unpaved dusty car park, extremely small beds in some rooms and cat excrement on the stairs, a far-from-beach spot best with a car or rented bikes, a shower head mounted wrong with no curtain flooding the floor and no fitness centre amid renovations.
