“Crowne Plaza Orlando Downtown's stay”
Crowne Plaza Orlando-Downtown by IHG is a clean, well-maintained Orlando hotel — an amazing helpful polite staff (they opened a guest's locked suitcase), clean comfy rooms, and a super convenient shuttle for Kia Center events. The complaints: a guest woke with multiple bug bites on feet, legs, back and torso and reported it to the hotel; rooms need a bit of upgrading; and the AC sits right beside the bed and runs loud.
