“Marriott Orlando Downtown's clean base”

Marriott Orlando Downtown is a clean, convenient Orlando hotel — nice rooms, good facilities, helpful staff who offered useful tips and watched guest safety, and a reliable never-disappoints-Marriott stay for a loyalist. The complaints: a room mix-up locked guests out repeatedly — room charging and housekeeping both failed until a last-day room swap made it right; the downtown spot has little around — deliveries or taxis needed, evenings aren't walk-friendly with homeless presence; and amenities run thin.

Rooms: Clean rooms; a lockout mix-up occurred though.
Service: Helpful staff; the room error was resolved late.
Location: Downtown but thin on surroundings nearby.
Facilities: Good facilities, though the amenities run thin.
Value: A reliable, basic Marriott stay overall.
