“Huge Orlando suites, housekeeping fails”
Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown offers huuuge studio-apartment-style suites with full kitchen amenities, a brilliant walkable downtown spot, a good breakfast, and very friendly helpful staff. The glaring exception: one four-night stay was never cleaned — trash and supplies ignored despite daily requests. Other notes: it was mid-renovation, street and neighbour noise carry through the old building, an elevator went down, overnight parking is costly, and a restaurant order was bungled though tasty.
