An iconic-quality building with panoramic Baku views, Fairmont Baku - Flame Towers is a very nice stay: very luxury rooms, a beautiful pool — good for kids — very delicious great breakfast, amazing views, great food and family service and a nearly-empty spa after eight. Notes: rooms run a little tired, shower pressure drops low, the outdoor pool area and bar need an upgrade, and the location only works by taxi, though rides are affordable.
