“Caring old-city Four Seasons”
Four Seasons Hotel Baku earns praise for a central old-city location, spacious rooms and what several guests describe as genuinely personalized service — one reviewer mentioned anniversary decorations and cake in the room, another that staff provided first aid and offered hospital transport after a poolside fall. Early check-in and late checkout are noted as granted flexibly, and the large pool and spa draw compliments. Minor gripes: one guest found the breakfast varied but charged separately, and had to request basics like a razor and toothpaste.
