“Nice's excelsior centre”
Near the railway and shopping with attractions close, Nice Excelsior Centre Ville by HappyCulture is a best-choice loved stay for some: really good service, a pretty good breakfast, nice front-desk staff and a good train-travel location. Dissents though: a disappointing-for-the-rate verdict — cleanliness wanting, quite dated rooms, loud air conditioning, sockets that barely worked and a long old-town walk — plus a very basic room, scarce parking information and a narrow one-way street complicating loading.
