“Steps from Trevi, rooftop nightcaps”
9Hotel Cesari is a clean, well-run Rome hotel beside the Trevi Fountain — quiet amid bustle, walk-out-the-door centrality, working amenities with excellent summer AC, a 24/7 helpful desk, daily housekeeping, connecting rooms for families, a corner junior suite worth snagging, and a rooftop patio made for nightcaps over Rome. Minor gripes: rooms need more shelving, beds split opinion, and a toilet ran all night once.
