“Zurich's opera hotel”
Two minutes from the lake beside the Opera House, Opera Hotel Zürich earns loved best-location marks for many: a beautiful clean quiet room, superb very friendly helpful staff, a delicious breakfast and a walk-everywhere perch near trains and buses. Dissents though: a very small room — still small after a paid upgrade, judged disproportionate — plus one report of a very poor service attitude.
