One severe dissent: the reality diverged hugely from listing photos — a messy flag-covered balcony squeezing the lake view, a cramped room too small even solo, a pitiful breakfast with dirty tableware replaced twice, and the only credit went to the elderly doorman who warned their Interlaken driver. Rooms run small for the rate, and corner rooms barely glimpse the lake.
