“Hilltop Cusco comfort, altitude helpers”
Hilton Garden Inn Cusco was one family's favourite in Peru — clean quiet rooms oddly built downhill into the hill, a rich tasty breakfast, coca tea in the lobby, free oxygen (masks a small one-time charge) when altitude strikes, a family-friendly laundry room, and staff who check in constantly — Laura at the desk earns a promotion mention. Caveats: it's a steep walk to town despite the map's optimism, WiFi is very slow, slippers and shower gel are absent, and water is only supplied the first night.
