“New Amman residences, hygiene gripe”
This hotel is a very clean, new-feeling hotel in the Sheikh Zayed district — sweet welcoming staff, signature cookies and coffee at check-in, fast efficient service, spacious apartment rooms with kitchenettes and living areas for long stays, a rich international-and-local breakfast, a comfortable lobby lounge, and convenient nearby dining; housekeeper Mustafa earned a named thank-you. One guest says hygiene is really bad for five stars, and another found concierge familiarity occasionally inappropriate.
