Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa is a clean seaside hotel at the Gulf-Caribbean meeting point — super clean tropical rooms, a private little dock for boating, jetski and easy sea swims, a decent restaurant, and unbelievably-friendly staff (Kelsey resolved issues with grace). Caveats though: undisclosed construction greeted one booker, a room smelled of sanitizer on entry, and a preset alarm under the TV cabinet woke a sleeper at midnight.
