Eight minutes on foot from Waverley, Hotel Indigo Edinburgh by IHG is a lovely excellent stay for many: great comfortable excellent rooms, very good equipment and facilities, a clean tidy space, very nice service, a smooth check-in and staff who quickly resolved a shower issue. One dissent though: a severe worst-ever report — no lift access to the room, a very impolite check-in agent and hot water lasting only one shower.
