“Premier Inn Edinburgh's efficient centre”
Premier Inn Edinburgh City Centre (York Place/St James Quarter) is an efficient central base — clean good-size rooms with a hairdryer already inside (a Scottish rarity), seamless self check-in and efficient luggage transfer, a simple but quality English breakfast, a quiet neighborhood, free lobby snacks and coffee machines, and a superb spot: ten minutes to Calton Hill and the station, a direct tram to the airport at the door. Notes: staff were helpful but could be more cheerful, and housekeeping runs by appointment in the self-service model.
