“Gran Via's warmth”
Hotel Indigo Madrid - Gran VIA by IHG is a great renovated-feeling stay — a superb location right on Gran Vía near the metro, exquisite interior decor, a clean new-feeling room that heard no elevator despite sitting opposite, an own secure carpark, a good delicious breakfast buffet, and highlight service where a warm young desk man handed over the room early. Caveats though: a severe note reports terrible soundproofing — housekeeping working the same floor seemed to shake the whole room.
