“Helvetia's split verdict”
Helvetia&Bristol Firenze is an excellent perfecto stay for most — a distinctive Florence hotel that meets five-star standards for a guest who returns every year, a signature scent one couple loved, a very good location, a great breakfast, and thoughtful touches like water brought to the room; perfect for couples. Caveats though: a dissent reports booking a city-view room but receiving one with no view at all — and when they showed the manager the booking details and asked for the view room, the manager asked for more money, which the guest found unacceptable.
