“Florence's Gucci-top boutique, showers wobble”
Room Mate Collection Isabella, Florence is a warm, inviting hotel above the Gucci store — central to the station and main sights, spacious bright beautifully-decorated rooms with a homely feel, friendly helpful staff, and a decent though limited breakfast. Shower systems are the recurring gripe: weak pressure, inconsistent temperature and poor drainage made cold-weather showers a challenge, and the air conditioning would not go warmer in winter. Street-facing rooms pick up slight noise.
