The Singular Santiago is a truly spectacular central hotel near Santa Lucía hill, Plaza de Armas and the art street — impeccable rooms with possibly the comfiest beds and linens ever slept on, moody gorgeous decor, a yummy à-la-carte breakfast and coffee, a great rooftop restaurant and pool, a daily-replenished minibar, a granted three-pm checkout, a surprise birthday touch, and attentive need-anticipating staff. One note: lighting ran slightly dim.
