“Halepa's courtyard stay”
Halepa Hotel is a beautiful well-run stay — a perfect Chania location near the old town, beaches and a seaside promenade, a gorgeous suite with comfy pillows, clean spacious tidy rooms, a lovely simple well-laid-out breakfast served in a serene courtyard, friendly helpful accommodating polite staff, a well-organised port drop, a good-value on-site car rental, quick luggage storage and inquiries, and reasonable peak-season rates. Caveats though: the Greek bathroom's half-door lets shower water splash everywhere — apparently a common issue.
