“Old Town gem, maintenance fails”
Grand Hotel Bohemia is a small, lovely Old Town hotel where attractions lie within walking distance, English-speaking reception makes check-in a breeze, the breakfast spread and à-la-carte extras impress, and staff hand out chocolates at check-in and checkout. Service is called outstanding and rooms cozy with soft beds. Two maintenance complaints stand out, though: one bathroom had broken hot water and a faulty lamp with no evening repair and no promised follow-up, and another room's air conditioning failed entirely during 38-degree heat.
