“Heart-of-Capri luxury, theft allegation”
Palazzo M Capri earns strong praise for a heart-of-Capri location — the market, shops, restaurants, bus stop and taxi stand all within minutes — and for staff described as amazing, attentive and able to make guests feel like VIPs. Reviewers find the hotel pristine and more spacious and luxurious than photos suggest, with ocean and marina views; one anniversary couple praised an enormous room ringed by a wraparound terrace and called their in-room dinner their best meal in Italy. One serious dissent exists: a guest reported jewelry left on the nightstand disappeared after cleaning, and said the hotel declined responsibility — a caution to use the safe.
