“Spacious Florence apartments, billing errors”
Teatro Luxury Apartments Firenze - Starhotels Collezione offers apartment-style rooms that reviewers describe as very new, exceptionally spacious and spotless, in a quiet neighborhood roughly fifteen to twenty minutes on foot from the station and old town; balconies, a guest laundry and a well-liked café downstairs come up repeatedly, and several rank it among their best European stays. The praise has an edge, however: one guest reported the front desk took unexplained extra charges at check-in and checkout, gave contradictory explanations, and only admitted a system error after a manager intervened — professional handling they found badly lacking.
