Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Playa's suite stay”
Right by the highway — handy with a car, the beach five-to-ten minutes' drive — Residence Inn Playa del Carmen is a wonderful all-amazing return-worthy stay: a huge very clean quite new well-equipped suite that sleeps two adults and two children, full kitchenware, excellent cleanliness, quiet interiors despite the road, very helpful staff and a complete plentiful breakfast. Notes: breakfast reads simple to some, and one guest's pre-arranged away-from-highway request was ignored, a first-floor roadside room instead, a reminder that service expectations differ here.
