“Mactan's beach stay”
With an awesome private beach and beach-resort access, Mercure Mactan Cebu is a nice excellent stay guests return to: clean neat very clean rooms, friendly loving helpful staff who make guests feel at home, a great-to-chic breakfast guests enjoy, nice amenities and a very good location. Small faults though: a wobbly-neck hairdryer needed hand-holding, loosely-rolled toilet paper ran out fast with no spare stocked, and a curtain-only shower divider left the floor soaked despite care.
