“Newtown's savoy mactan”
In the safest cleanest part of Mactan Newtown opposite a Ramsay restaurant, Savoy Hotel Mactan Cebu near Newtown Beach is a magnificent family pick: a loved private beach and outdoor pool, very fast reliable wifi, an all-day dining room with à-la-carte late bites, smiling familiar staff, draft beers galore and restaurants and spas five minutes away. One nit though: a weak air conditioner in one room.
