“Florence's una vittoria”
In a quiet spot away from the buzz, UNA Hotels Vittoria Firenze earns liked marks for some: a Europe-spacious triple with balcony, good service and a renovated historic building. Dissents though: a broken air conditioner handled with a fan while new guests checked in — a room change only came after escalation — plus a small room, an average desk, an uncomfortable single bed and high-season rates.
