“Krafft's riverside stay”
Krafft Basel is a beautiful unique stay — an easy-to-find older boutique right off the waterway with a beautiful river view, a refined comfortable interior, excellent beds, a nice ambiance at the restaurant with good food, an excellent tasty breakfast, free tea and coffee on every floor, thoughtful service that had pre-stored luggage waiting in the room, and tasty room service. Caveats though: street-facing windows pick up some night noise, the rooms read bare modern to some, and furniture sits low — tricky for guests with mobility issues.
