Hardware gripes stack up though: a blocked AC line droning at 3am, poor soundproofing against motorcycle roar, earplugs supplied for street noise, a mysteriously re-lit lamp, amenities set for two despite triple occupancy, a missing lanai lever, no laundry or gym, and a billing refund still pending twenty days on.
