Best forstudents · solo travelers
Near Kyoto and Shichijo stations, K's House draws solo travelers and students with a terrace whose night views delight, a spacious well-equipped kitchen for self-cooked meals, luggage storage after checkout and staff who waited an hour past their nine-pm close for one late arrival. It is an older building though: poor ventilation leaves rooms stuffy, windows stay shut, and non-blackout curtains wake sleepers with strong morning sun.
