What guests say
Guests loveGreat facilities · Easy transport links · Helpful multilingual service
Keep in mindKid noise at the baths · Queue-number breakfast · Weekend surges
Best forfamilies · Hakone sightseers
A new-feeling Hakone resort near the attractions — and clearly a kids' paradise, so quiet-seekers should note the crying children at the baths. Rooms run small for two suitcases but clean, the garden invites evening strolls, a FamilyMart sits next door, and a free bus reaches Gora. Breakfast needs a queue number, the water bar is sparse, weekend rates surge, and an evening buffet is thin — though service includes Chinese phone help, once for a fridge-forgotten item.
