Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Krakow's atmospheric old-town landmark”
Hotel Stary is one of Krakow's best and most atmospheric hotels — a minute from the market square, with old-town-character rooms, heated bathroom floors, Acqua di Parma toiletries, a warm spa pool open for swimming until midnight, its own parking, a lovely bar and a good massage. Honest critiques recur: rooms are charming but quite dark with awkwardly-placed outlets, no tea or coffee kit is supplied, the gym is nominal, spa areas could be warmer, and staff knowledge ranges from superb to clueless; room cleaning and breakfast could also improve.
