“Cartagena's dubai hotel”
Hotel Cartagena Dubai earns clean-room marks for a few: a well-kept room and limited-English staff who tried hard via a translation app. Dissents though dominate severely: a flooded leaking super small room, deceiving photos versus a deteriorated low-grade-finish build at a four-star rate, a premium booking swapped for three beds and no sitting area, an impossible breakfast, below-average service, a felt-cheated no-refund report and a foreigners-only rate claim.
