“Estelar's Cartagena views, weak breakfast”
Estelar Cartagena de Indias Hotel y Centro de Convenciones is a clean, well-located Cartagena hotel — among the city's best for its rate, with excellent attention and super attentive staff (Jorge at reception stands out), incredible stays and thousand-returns promised. Two complaints: the breakfast is hopeless — seemingly charged extra despite looking included, and poorly suited to Asian palates; and one guest got the floor's only building-view room after an extremely long check-in where even pre-3pm arrivals queued again for cards.
