“Chic Venetian boutique, upselling concierge”
Nolinski Venezia is an exquisite, quietly stylish Evok hotel in Venice's dead centre — next to the opera house and a mall, yet peaceful for sleep, with lovely room design and ambient lighting, à-la-carte breakfasts, and warm responsive staff. Two cautions recur: base rooms are dark, small and poor value versus junior suites up, and the concierge allegedly pushes unnecessary premium services — one guest was steered toward a private airport boat far beyond the normal water-taxi rate.
