What guests say
Guests loveStandby-butler service · Brunch-length breakfast hours · Celebration-perfect staff · Complete facilities
Best forCouples · Special occasions · Luxury stays
The St. Regis Macao wins unreserved praise: a very clean, luxurious, spacious property with perfect facilities — gym, pool, sauna and steam — in a convenient spot. Service is the differentiator: the butler team is described as always on standby yet never intrusive, staff personally escort guests and explain the room, anniversary cakes and champagne ceremonies mark occasions, and one birthday stay was called truly memorable. A signature quirk delights late risers: breakfast runs from seven in the morning until one in the afternoon, effectively a leisurely brunch.
